At KBDfans, we strive for perfection in every keystroke; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible mechanical keyboard components within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

Submit a Return Request
Contact our support team via the ticketing system or Discord with your order number and a detailed reason for the return, including photos of the sealed items.

Wait for RMA Approval
Our technical team will review your request to ensure the items are in original condition; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3.
Securely Package Your Items
Pack the products carefully in their original boxes with all switches, keycaps, and stabilizers included to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.
4.
Shipment and Inspection
Ship the package using a trackable service; once received, we will inspect the hardware and process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
